DELIVERIES

All items purchased from Day Dream The Label are posted out with Royal Mail Signed.

We deliver throughout the UK as well as worldwide. We offer a variety of delivery options to customers in the UK as well as abroad. Our standard delivery in the UK takes between 1-5 working days but to make it more convenient for our customers we also provide a next day delivery option. Items purchased from abroad take between 5-10 working days (Postcode Restrictions Apply*). 

Once we have despatched your items , you will receive a confirmation email as well as an option to track your parcel to make sure you are aware of any possible delays.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Day Dream The Label does not provide refunds; we offer an exchange only policy. When exchanging the product, it must be returned in the same condition you received it in with postage paid at your own cost and risk within 7 days of purchase.

We recommend that you use a tracking service as we are not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit. Before making a return please contact us telling us of your return either through one of our social media sites on messenger or by using the contact us form on the website to notify us of your wish to exchange.

The item MUST be unworn and in perfect condition with no make-up marks or stains.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices vary depending on the product you purchase. You can find the prices under each product. When you’re done shopping proceed to checkout. Day Dream The Label uses STRIPE as a payment method.
